Welcome to Arkhive. By creating an account or using arkhive.tools (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
1. Who can use Arkhive
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country). You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for everything that happens under it.
2. Your content
You keep ownership of the projects, posts, images, and other content you upload. By posting, you grant Arkhive a non-exclusive license to host, display, and share that content on the Service so it works as intended. You're responsible for having the rights to everything you upload.
3. Acceptable use
Don't upload malware, viruses, or anything designed to harm others. Don't post content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, or that infringes someone else's rights. Don't abuse, spam, or attempt to break or overload the Service. We screen uploads automatically, but you are still responsible for what you share.
4. Fortnite, UEFN & Epic Games
Arkhive is a community project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Epic Games, Inc.“Fortnite” and “UEFN” are trademarks of Epic Games. You are responsible for following Epic's own terms and creator guidelines for anything you make or share.
5. Moderation & termination
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these Terms or harm the community, with or without notice. You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time in Settings.
6. Donations & support
Arkhive is free. Any optional support (such as playing or sharing maps) is voluntary and gives no special rights or guarantees.
7. No warranty
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep things safe and online, but we can't guarantee the Service will always be available, secure, or error-free. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Arkhive is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms as Arkhive grows. If we make significant changes, we'll do our best to let you know. Continuing to use the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
